Account registration may include your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, authentication status, wishlist, cart, profile, and order history.

Guest checkout may include name, email, phone, shipping address, order details, guest access tokens stored only as secure hashes, and payment or COD status.

Orders, invoices, returns, refunds, RTO events, offline sales, payment references, email delivery records, support communications, security logs, and administrative activity records may be stored to run the store and protect customers.

Information is used to process orders, reserve and fulfill inventory, verify payments, support COD workflows, send transactional emails, generate invoices, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud or abuse, and maintain legal or accounting records.

Authentication cookies, browser storage, and local cart or wishlist data support sign-in, cart continuity, guest checkout, and normal storefront behavior.

The codebase uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Razorpay for prepaid payment and refund processing, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Vercel for application hosting.

Hosting, payment, email, security, and logistics providers may process network, device, transaction, delivery, or support information as needed to provide their services.

Records are retained as needed for orders, support, security, accounting, tax, refund, return, RTO, and operational requirements. Deletion requests may be limited where legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute records must be retained.

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion review for their information. The store uses access controls and server-side security boundaries, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

The storefront is not intended for unsupervised use by children. Policy updates may be published as the business configuration and store workflows evolve.
